First time using this business. Sam did a great job and I'm very pleased. I have appointments booked until the end of the year. I highly recommended using this company. My experience is that you won't find anywhere better.

Mary showed up on time with a friendly and professional attitude. Mary and Jeff cleaned my entire house for a move out, worked the entire time and the end product was a spotless house. The appliances look like they are brand new, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs house cleaning.

I was amazed! Being disabled it is hard for me to deep clean. Calling AMERICAN MAID IN PRESCOTT was by far the very best choice. I compared other cleaning services ( One service very well known and liked by many) and was shocked to see that the reviews were shown to be dissatisfaction and dismal at best! When I called AMERICAN MAID IN PRESCOTT, THEY BOOKED ME FOR THE NEXT DAY! Kim told me it would take around 4 hours and being able to leave for the day, I went ahead and scheduled them to come in. She also gave me a good price quote. (Being cautious with my money, I asked if that was firm, she guaranteed me, it was). I was so happy to come home to find they had left everything in order, and beautiful! I thought it looked better than the day I bought it! I called to thank her and pay for the service and asked if I owed them any extra money. Surprised and delighted, she said the price quote she gave me was all I needed to pay! ( I really thought there would be hidden fees)! There was not! I am truly happy with their professionalism. Consistancy and end product! My house shines again. Thanks to all the hard workers, I can rest easy in a clean and sanitary environment! Yes, they sanitized! With Covid I was worried. I am a happy customer! Thank You AMERICAN MAID IN PRESCOTT! The house was clean while I was at work and the housekeeper had a spare key. It was nice to come home to a very clean home as it looked I was never there. Great impression on guest.

Kim is one of the nicest and friendliest people you will ever meet. Before moving I had American Maid in Prescott come to my house once a month for over two years and I was never disappointed. The American Maid team always did a thorough job cleaning my house and the price was very reasonable. Kim was always honest and would check in to make sure I was satisfied with the job, I would recommend using American Maid to anybody.

Kim and her crew did a fantastic job for us. My wife had been out of town for four weeks and my son and I needed to have the house cleaned after 4 weeks of "bachelor living". The arrived on time, did a great job. They are a little pricey but worth it. We will be calling them again.

American Maid In Prescott has cleaned for me several times.. They are courteous, professional, prompt and the prices are easily affordable for my Budget!! I really liked how they came in and checked their work after they were completely finished.. They even called me a few days later to make sure I was completely happy, which I was ! I was also impressed by the owner who said and I quote " if you ever find something not done exactly to your specifications, we will come back in and fix it immediately"! That being said, the job has always been done right the first time! Thank you, American Maid In Prescott. You are top notch in my book, your Company will always be my go-to cleaning service! :)

Kim and her crew made our home sparkling clean and worked until late in the evening so we could move into our new home the next day. Kim came by first thing the next morning to be sure we were satisfied and I will be using them on a weekly basis as soon as we are unpacked. I would definitely recommend Kim and her crew.

I used American Maid in Prescott on December 1st and have to tell you the 4 ladies that showed up were all very nice and did a great job of cleaning a rental house that I own. The owner takes great pride in her business and will of course use her again when the time comes.

Kim and her crew have been cleaning our home for almost a year now. They are hard workers who aim to please. Something special to do or something not done right? Just tell them and they will work hard to keep you a happy customer. We are happy customers!

Hi Maid In America! I really wanted to support the local business here in Prescott so I decided to take a chance with a small business called Maid In America. Kim (the owner) came out and provided me with an estimate. I was on a budget and she was more than willing to work with me which was wonderful. When the crew arrived I left for a few hours only to return to a sparkling house with a wonderful smell. I was beyond satisfied with their services and have spread the word at my church =) Thank you guys so much for the hard work I will see you again next month!! God Bless!

This is the 3rd cleaning service I have used in Prescott for our VRBO. The first 2 were disappointing and not consistant. Kim and her crew work their tails off. I showed them how I wanted things done and have been done correctly every time. On time and professional. I am very picky and they do not disappoint! I highly recommend them and I will continue to use them.
